16/07/2011 (Vienna) The funeral of HIRH Archduke Otto, first cousin of the Infante Alicia, Duchess of Calabria and knight of San Gennaro
HIRH Archduchess Maria, Princess of the Two Sicilies, represented her father at the funeral Mass for HIRH Archduke Otto, Crown Prince of Austria and Hungary, etc, and head of the Imperial and Royal House of Habsburg, which was held in St Stephen s Cathedral, in Vienna, on Saturday 16 July 2011.
In 2002 HRH had conferred upon HIRH the Order of Saint Januarius (Insigne Real Ordine di San Gennaro), on the occasion of the 90th birthday of the Archduke, in a private ceremony in Madrid, at which HIRH was accompanied by the late Archduchess Regina and his second son, Archduke Georg.
The Star of the Order was placed between that of Bailiff Grand Cross of Honour of Devotion with Cross of Profession and Knight of the Supreme Order of the Annunciation (granted to HIRH by the late King Umberto II) on the display of the imperial couple s Orders before their catafalques.
